The heart of Compass. From our signature House Ride to Cycle + Train, Catalyst, Rhythm Riding Basics, and the challenging Journey Ride, every class is powered by the beat and built for connection. Whether you’re new to spin or chasing your next breakthrough, there’s a ride for you.

Yoga

Candlelit vinyasa flows, restorative practices, and strength-infused yoga formats help you move with intention. Classes like Open Flow, Release + Restore and Spinyasa bring balance, strength, and calm, always rooted in breath and rhythm.

Low impact, high results. Barre combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga-inspired moves to sculpt and strengthen your whole body. Our Signature Barre and Bike-to-Barre classes deliver controlled movement, targeted toning, and a serious sweat.

Compass Cycle + Flow offers Rochester and Greece’s most complete lineup of music-driven, candlelit fitness classes. Our cycle formats include the classic House Ride, the strength-focused Cycle + Train, the endurance-pushing Catalyst Ride, the technique-building Rhythm Riding Basics, and the ultimate Journey Ride.

For those looking to flow, our yoga classes range from heated Open Flow vinyasa, restorative Release + Restore, and the blended Spinyasa (cycle + flow).

Our barre classes bring sculpting and toning to life through Signature Barre and fusion formats like Bike-to-Barre.
