House Ride

30, 45 + 60 Minutes
The OG of rhythm riding. A total-body, music-driven ride that connects mind and body through the beat. Stripped down, no frills — just you, the bike, and the rhythm. Perfect for riders of any level

Cycle + Train

50 Minutes
Half bike, half floor — all energy. Start with 30 minutes of cycling, then shift to 15 minutes of strength training with bodyweight and hand weights. A full-body workout that keeps you challenged and supported with plenty of options for all levels.

Catalyst Ride

45 + 60 Minutes
Ready to level up? Catalyst is an amped-up version of our House Ride with more intensity, HIIT-style intervals, and intentional recovery. You’ll train across energy systems, build threshold strength, and push harder than you thought possible. Recommended after 10+ Compass rides.

Rhythm Riding Basics

90 Minutes
Perfect for both beginners and experienced riders. This workshop covers bike setup, alignment, key terminology, and the choreography you’ll see in most Compass rides. Build your foundation, sharpen your form, and ride with confidence.

Journey Ride

90 Minutes
The ultimate challenge. A long-form, sweat-drenched ride that pushes your limits and unlocks new levels of endurance. Expect breakthroughs, bliss, and a community cheering you on every pedal stroke.

Spinyasa

30 Minutes Cycle + 30 Minutes Flow
Half ride, half flow — the ultimate balance of power and calm. Start with 30 minutes of rhythm-driven cycling to fire up your energy, then move into 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga to stretch, strengthen, and reset. Spinyasa is where sweat meets stillness, giving you the best of both worlds in one music-fueled, candlelit class.
