Open Flow

45 or 60 Minutes
A vinyasa-style yoga class in a warm, candlelit room (85–90°). Focused on alignment, breath, and seamless transitions, no two classes are ever the same — each one reflects the unique style of your teacher. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Release + Restore

60 Minutes
Slow down, hold longer, and go deeper. This restorative class emphasizes alignment and mindful modifications, helping you tune into your body and breath. It closes with restorative postures that allow you to fully rest, reset, and recharge.

Spinyasa

30 Minutes Cycle + 30 Minutes Flow
Half ride, half flow — the ultimate balance of power and calm. Start with 30 minutes of rhythm-driven cycling to fire up your energy, then move into 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga to stretch, strengthen, and reset. Spinyasa is where sweat meets stillness, giving you the best of both worlds in one music-fueled, candlelit class.
