Pilates Flow

A powerful blend of Pilates and vinyasa-style movement. In the candlelit room, you’ll connect breath with intentional full-body strength work, with a strong emphasis on the core. This flow is grounding, energizing, and designed to leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.

Mat Pilates

Classic Pilates with a Compass twist. This class strengthens your core, improves posture, and builds flexibility, all set to fun, energizing music. Expect a low-impact but high-intensity workout that leaves you shaking — in the best way — and wanting more.

Spinlates

30 Minutes Cycle + 30 Minutes Mat Pilates
The best of both worlds. Start with 30 minutes of high-energy rhythm riding to fire up your heart rate, then transition to 30 minutes of mat Pilates to strengthen your core, improve posture, and build stability. Spinlates is the perfect balance of sweat and strength — cardio meets control, all in our signature candlelit setting.
